During my Xmas stay, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and gave us excellent customer service. The hotel was located in a prime spot, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and cafes. Plus, they offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise.

It didn't match the description on their website, and as a result, we were charged extra for the room we had actually booked. the hotel was undergoing renovations, meaning there was constant noise throughout the day, and debris and dust were falling from the ceiling.

The hotel's staff is commendable, they are very helpful and polite. the location is convenient, not far from some interesting spots. Although, the hotel authorities charged more for me to get the same room I booked. the breakfast wasn't complimentary, as mentioned; I had to pay. Noise from the renovation work throughout the day was bothersome.

Renovation and construction in the building constantly caused disruptions.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel had great facilities, superb cleanliness, and an excellent location. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of transportation available. But what stood out was the staff's behaviour and courtesy - they were very helpful and polite.

the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation. Another positive aspect was the complimentary breakfast provided, which had a variety of options to choose from.

The building was under renovation, causing incessant noise throughout the day, and at times, debris and dust from the construction fell into the room. the room's amenities were lacking, with no working refrigerator or electric kettle and no running hot water in the bathroom.

Staff behaviour and courtesy were remarkable. Helpful and polite.
